The first episode of the month this season is dedicated to monthly observations, and in this case we're observing National Gratitude Month. We have much to be thankful for in the world of Sherlock Holmes.
So too did many of the characters in the Canon. Where and how was gratitude expressed? Clients, entire governments, even Sherlock Holmes himself — all expressed thanks. Thankfully, it's just a Trifle.
